Hi, I'm Gareth, the owner of Grove Shutters & Blinds.

I'm proud to live in Lowton with my family, where I run my business from home and where my children attend local schools.

I understand that inviting someone into your home can feel daunting. That's why I treat every customer's home with the same care, respect and attention I'd expect in my own.

For me, the job doesn't end once the installation is complete. Aftercare is something that's often overlooked, but I believe it's one of the most important parts of great customer service. If you ever have a problem, I'll always do everything I can to help.

Before starting Grove Shutters & Blinds, I spent several years working for one of the UK's largest blinds retailers. During that time I was often disappointed by the level of customer service and how customers were made to feel like just another number.

That experience shaped how I wanted to run my own business.

I believe every customer has different needs and deserves honest advice, personal service and the time to make the right decision—without pressure.

Every shutter and blind I supply is a product I'd be happy to install in my own home. My years in the industry have taught me that quality products, careful installation and attention to detail make all the difference. A job should only need doing once, and it should be done properly.
